Diana Dimova – TRAXI from Bulgaria Wins the Talent Prize at TERAVARNA’s 17th ABSTRACT Art Competition in Los Angeles, California, USA

A proud international art achievement for Bulgarian abstract artist Diana Dimova – TRAXI.

I am delighted to share wonderful news from my artistic journey. My painting The Balance, the concluding work in my States of Becoming series, has received the Talent Prize at TERAVARNA’s 17th ABSTRACT Art Competition in Los Angeles, California, USA, in 2026.

This recognition is a meaningful milestone for me as an artist, celebrating a work that explores one of the most profound aspects of our human experience: the search for balance, harmony, and reconnection with ourselves and nature.

Original abstract painting titled 'The Balance' by TRAXI featuring serene textures and organic rhythms. The artwork represents the culmination of the series States of Becoming, exploring harmony, nature, and spiritual equilibrium. An abstract painting with flowing green, yellow, and teal lines over a pale aqua and pink background, displayed on a white gallery wall. The Balance – A Journey Towards Inner Harmony

The Balance represents the culmination of my States of Becoming series, a visual exploration of transformation, awareness, and the continuous process of becoming.

After noise, fracture, and transformation comes a quieter state of being — a moment when we begin to reconnect with our inner world.

Inspired by the rhythms of nature and the search for inner equilibrium, this original abstract painting reflects the possibility of remaining centred even when life feels uncertain.

For me, balance is not the absence of chaos. It is the ability to find harmony within it.

From Bulgaria to the International Art Scene

As an abstract artist based in Bulgaria, I believe art can transcend borders and connect people through emotions, ideas, and shared human experiences.

Receiving the Talent Prize from TERAVARNA is an encouraging recognition of my artistic vision and the message behind my work. I am grateful that The Balance has become part of this international artistic conversation.

Every painting carries a piece of my inner world. To see this work recognised on an international platform makes its journey even more meaningful.
