Thank you for supporting independent art! We ship our creations worldwide. Please read our shipping terms carefully to understand how your specific order will be delivered.

 

### 1. Original Paintings

* **Origin:** All original artworks are hand-painted, packaged with care, and shipped directly from the artist's studio in **Plovdiv, Bulgaria**.

* **Processing Time:** Please allow 3–5 business days for secure packaging, preparation of export documentation, and certification of the artwork.

* **Shipping Method:** Original paintings are shipped via premium tracked courier services (such as DHL, FedEx, or DPD) to ensure maximum safety. You will receive a tracking number as soon as the art is dispatched.

 

### 2. Art Prints & Reproductions (Print-on-Demand)

* **Local Production:** To reduce carbon emissions, custom duties, and shipping times, we partner with a global network of professional art printing laboratories.

* **Fulfilment:** Your high-quality art prints will be printed and shipped from a **facility closest to your delivery address** (e.g., USA, UK, Europe, Australia).

* **Processing Time:** Production usually takes 2–4 business days before shipping.

 

### 3. Digital Products (Catalogs & E-books)

* **Instant Delivery:** Digital products, such as art catalogs and digital books, require zero shipping time or fees.

* **How it works:** Once your payment is confirmed, a direct download link will be sent **immediately to your email address**. Please check your spam or promotions folder if you do not see it in your main inbox.

 

### 4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For original paintings shipped internationally outside the European Union, the buyer is responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local clearance fees that may apply in the destination country. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs procedures.
