We reserve the right to modify prices and discontinue products at any time without notice. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our paintings. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

4. Purchases and Payment

We accept payments through secure checkout providers integrated with Shopify (including credit cards, PayPal, etc.). You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.

5. Digital Products

Purchases of digital products, including digital art books and catalogs, are processed immediately. A download link will be delivered directly to your email address upon successful payment. Digital products are non-refundable.

6. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bulgaria and the European Union.
