Where do you ship from?

Original paintings are shipped directly from my art studio in Plovdiv, Bulgaria. High-quality art prints and merchandise are fulfilled locally through our global printing partners closest to your location to ensure fast and eco-friendly delivery.

Do original paintings come with a Certificate of Authenticity?

Yes, every original artwork is signed by the artist and arrives with a unique, hand-signed Certificate of Authenticity confirming its origin and value.

How are original paintings packaged?

Safety is our top priority. Small and medium canvases are securely packed with layers of bubble wrap in heavy-duty cardboard boxes. Large-format paintings may be shipped safely rolled in a rigid tube (this will be specified in the product description).

How long will it take to receive my digital purchase?

Instantly! As soon as your payment is processed, a download link for your digital art catalog or book will be displayed on the screen and sent directly to your email inbox.

Can I return an item?

• Original Art & Prints: If you are not completely satisfied with your physical purchase, please contact us within 14 days of delivery to discuss a return or exchange. The item must be returned in its original packaging.

• Digital Downloads: Due to the nature of digital files, all sales of digital products and catalogs are final and non-refundable.

Are custom duties included in the shipping price?

For deliveries within the European Union, no customs duties apply. For international shipments outside the EU, buyers are responsible for any local customs fees or import taxes.
