What are the forces that influence our decision-making?
I have always thought they were Knowledge and Love... But in reality, it is not so.
The forces that most powerfully determine our actions are Greed and Fear.
Greed makes us take risks and venture forward; it encourages us to dream of more.
What stops us is Fear. It is a powerful force, our protective reaction in order to survive.
It is no surprise that every human action consists of varying amounts of greed and fear. Progress, global markets, and politics all submit to these feelings...
These two emotions are deeply embedded within us!

Who are we?
I am my own ratio of Greed and Fear that has brought me to where I am today.
And so, these two canvases are the elements of Greed and Fear translated through my perception.
I painted both pictures together, spontaneously, in a single breath.
The feeling of the struggle between Greed and Fear was so intense!

Water is the cradle where Life was born.
Without Water, we could not exist; yet beyond that, Water is a mighty Element.
It can destroy cities in an instant, while at the same time, it can take centuries to carve out a cave.
I would love to learn from Water — patience, lightness, elegance, and the Power to create.
I adore Water and frequently paint it in my works.

Here is the painting of Memories!
I try to imagine what our Ancestors were like, what their strengths and weaknesses were? Why the world is the way it is.
This painting was born out of these reflections.
It carries a touch of romance coming from the pink hue, and a hint of sadness in the fading gold.
I painted it spontaneously and quickly. It was as if the painting itself wanted to speak to me… somehow, I felt the voices of my Ancestors.
To have a FUTURE, we must listen to what those who lived before us have to tell us!

In a game tied to gold, silver, information, and power…
The situation is deeply alarming for the whites.
Blacks win again!
I painted this artwork quite spontaneously; the figures emerged upon the canvas as if by themselves.
While Politicians perceive our Lives as a game —
Blacks win again!
While Power and Money are what matters most to the World —
Blacks win again!

There is a place in the Valley of the Thracian Kings where entire fields of lavender stretch out.
The scent is otherworldly! The Earth is Magical!

Harbor of Love – Romantic Abstract Seascape

I painted this abstract canvas after a close friend asked me, "Have you ever seen an oil spill? How can something so HORRIBLE look so BEAUTIFUL?"
I looked at several satellite images, and yes, it is truly BEAUTIFUL, and yes, it is truly HORRIBLE — tens of thousands of fish, birds, and marine animals die from oil spills. It is TERRIBLE that we sort our household waste, while Major shipping companies dump theirs into OUR OCEAN!
When I started painting, I was in a negative frame of mind, but through the transformation of the material on the canvas, LOVE emerged! A young couple in love, holding hands, was strolling along the Harbor!
And in fact, I felt HOPE!
LOVE IS STRONGER THAN HATE!
LOVE IS STRONGER THAN DEATH!
LOVE is present in my paintings! -

Perhaps you have experienced days when it feels as though you only need to think of someone and they call you on the phone, or you run into them right on the street; or you walk into a huge bookstore looking for one specific book, and someone tells you — it’s probably somewhere on the second floor, and you find it in minutes…
On the day I painted these 2 canvases, such coincidences kept happening to me constantly…
I believe these two paintings have the POWER TO FULFILL DEEPEST WISHES.
